Join us for the 2025 diocesan convention on Saturday, November 8 at the CRG Event Center in Plainfield, IN. Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. ET/7:00 a.m. CT and Eucharist will begin at 9:30 a.m. ET/8:30 a.m. CT.

- August 31 – Parish Adult Delegate Submissions Due
- September 1 – Youth Delegate Applications Due
- September 3 – Registration Opens
- September 8 – Resolutions and Canonical Changes Due
- October 8 – Last Day for Early Bird Registration
- October 9 – Last Day to Reserve Room in Hotel Block
- October 17 – Nominations and Reports Due on Formstack
- October 24 – Last Day to Register for Convention
- November 1 @ 10am – Diocesan Convention Hearing held on Zoom
- November 8 – Diocesan Convention at Cunningham Event Center

Convention Details
Registration
This year’s Diocesan Convention will be November 8 and held at the Cunningham Event Center in Plainfield. Early-bird registration for adults and youth will open September 3.
- Early Bird Registration will be $75 for adults through October 8
- From October 9 – October 24, registration will be $125.
- Online registration will close on October 24.
The registration fee includes full access to convention materials, a continental breakfast Saturday morning and Saturday lunch.
