Youth Ministry University: Monthly Virtual Trainings
From August through March, we offer monthly virtual trainings informed by the needs identified within our Youth Ministry University Cohort. These sessions are open to anyone—both within and beyond our diocese—and all are welcome to participate, regardless of congregational or denominational affiliation.

March 10, 2026; 6:30-8:00pm EST | Cultivating Racial Equity in Youth Ministry
Youth ministry can either reinforce the status quo or become a force for justice. This workshop equips leaders—especially white leaders—to examine their own bias, grow in cultural humility, and center the experiences of BIPOC youth. We’ll explore how to move from performative inclusion to authentic solidarity, with practical tools for building anti-racist ministries rooted in love, equity, and the liberating way of Jesus.
