Youth Ministry University: Monthly Virtual Trainings
From August through March, we offer monthly virtual trainings informed by the needs identified within our Youth Ministry University Cohort. These sessions are open to anyone—both within and beyond our diocese—and all are welcome to participate, regardless of congregational or denominational affiliation.

January 13, 2026; 6:30-8:00pm EST | Wired Wonderfully: Embracing Neurodiversity in Youth Ministry
Build a youth ministry where every brain belongs. This workshop equips leaders to support neurodivergent youth (including but not limited to those with ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities) by creating accessible spaces, communicating clearly, and fostering belonging without stigma. You’ll leave with practical tools, deeper empathy, and a vision for a ministry where cognitive differences are not just accommodated, but celebrated.
