Youth Ministry University: Monthly Virtual Trainings
From August through March, we offer monthly virtual trainings informed by the needs identified within our Youth Ministry University Cohort. These sessions are open to anyone—both within and beyond our diocese—and all are welcome to participate, regardless of congregational or denominational affiliation.

The Spirit is always doing a new thing—are we listening? This workshop explores practical strategies for helping your whole congregation grow younger in spirit, practice, and participation. We’ll look at research-backed approaches to foster belonging, authenticity, and purpose across generations, while confronting the narratives that keep churches stuck in the past.
