Lay Positions

Christ Church Cathedral Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Controller to serve as a primary internal financial resource, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and leadership to keep their financial house in order. This role brings structure, accuracy, and a steady hand to everything from the monthly close to payroll tax filings, while also having a voice in how CCC strengthens internal controls and financial processes going forward.

The Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join its small, mission-driven team supporting forty-seven congregations across central and southern Indiana. This key role handles accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and benefits administration while serving as an important resource to clergy, lay employees, and diocesan leadership. It’s an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, community-focused ministry through faithful financial stewardship and collaborative service.

Grace, Muncie is looking for a part-time organist to provide organ music for the Sunday morning service and the preceding choir rehearsal. This is a 12-month part-time position with 3 paid Sunday vacation days per year and no health care coverage or other benefits. You must be willing to work weekends and holidays, and occasional evenings.
