Youth Ministry University: Monthly Virtual Trainings
From August through March, we offer monthly virtual trainings informed by the needs identified within our Youth Ministry University Cohort. These sessions are open to anyone—both within and beyond our diocese—and all are welcome to participate, regardless of congregational or denominational affiliation.

Even the best youth ministry plan goes nowhere without leadership buy-in. Learn how to speak your leaders’ language, cast vision with clarity, and navigate resistance with grace. We’ll spend much of our time in an open Q&A—when signing up, submit your real questions about conflict, culture shifts, and getting buy-in when the stakes are high.
Guest Speakers: The Rev. Aaron Rogers, Missioner for Black Ministry, Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio and The Rev. Melissa Collier-Goepford, Intergenerational Discipleship Coordinator at the Great Plains Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
