2025 CPG Annual Benefits Enrollment

Annual enrollment for medical and dental benefits is now open for 2025. This is your opportunity to change plans, add or remove beneficiaries, or enroll in a plan for the first time.

There are no changes to diocesan plan options for 2025, but there have been some changes to plan features. The most significant of these is the introduction of Quantum Health, a healthcare coordination service that will help plan members make the most of their medical, vision, and prescription benefits. Quantum Health replaces and enhances the services previously offered by Health Advocate.
