DESCRIPTION:Diocesan Convention is November 13 \nFill out pre-convention survey by June 30 \nThe 184th Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis will be held on Saturday\, November 13 at the Embassy Suites in Plainfield from 9:00 a.m. Eastern/8:00 a.m. Central to 4:00 p.m. Eastern/3:00 p.m. Central. Hotel accommodations will be available for the night of November 12. \nPre-Convention Survey \nThe planning committee asks convention delegates to fill out a short pre-convention survey by Wednesday\, June 30. \nConvention Committee and Commission Reports\nReports to convention by the committees and commissions of the diocese will be posted on the diocesan website\, and will be printed in the annual journal of the diocese for historical record. Submit reports online. \nNominations \nThe following diocesan leadership positions will be elected either within Neighborhoods or at diocesan convention. \n\nNeighborhood Conveners\nExecutive Council\nStanding Committee\nCommission on Ministry\nWaycross Board of Directors\nDisciplinary Board\n\nAs we seek to develop broad and diverse leadership from across the diocese\, please consider asking people you believe may have the gifts to serve well in one of these positions if they would be willing to stand for election. Pray about whether you might be called to serve as well. You can nominate yourself and others who have agreed to serve. \nEmail Kim Christopher with questions about the process for diocesan leadership nominations.
