DESCRIPTION:God calls ALL believers to ministry. How can we grow closer to God such that we can hear that call? And once we’ve heard it\, how do we say “YES!” \nIn this day long retreat\, we will practice skills for hearing God’s call through various personal practices\, and information will be shared on how to enter into formal discernment if you think you may be called to ordained ministry. \nThis event is designed for all believers – those who are contemplating becoming deacons and priests as well as those seeking to deepen their spiritual response to their lay call. \nRegistration is required\, and a link to register will be posted closer to the event. The cost to participate will be $15 to cover the cost of lunch that day. Financial assistance is available if needed – please contact Jen Phelps for more information.
