SUMMARY:Diocesan Youth Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:July 5-10 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll current 6th through 12th graders in the 2025-2026 academic year are invited on our annual Diocesan Youth Mission Trip to Detroit\, MI July 5th-10th\, 2026. Participants will work with service partners connected to local Episcopal churches. We will stay at Christ Church Cranbrook\, located in the north suburbs of Detroit. Service activities will be a mix of social and physical\, with opportunities to experience the rich culture of Detroit. Registration is due June 1. Space is limited to 30 youth and 12 adults. SUMMARY:2026 College for Congregational Development - Year B
DESCRIPTION:The College for Congregational Development (CCD)\, a week-long intensive training designed for teams of lay and clergy leaders\, can help churches of every size\, location\, and circumstance become more faithful\, healthy\, and effective. CCD equips lay leaders and clergy in congregational and organizational development. The College is a 2-year initiative that uses models\, readings\, facilitation\, and small group collaboration to strengthen parish leadership. \nThe next session\, Year B\, is scheduled for Sunday\, July 26 – Friday\, July 31\, at Waycross Camp and Conference Center. \nLearn more about the college  and participants’ experiences from the 2022 College for Congregational Development and read an article about CCD from our August 14 2024 newsletter.
