DESCRIPTION:The College for Congregational Development (CCD)\, a week-long intensive training designed for teams of lay and clergy leaders\, can help churches of every size\, location\, and circumstance become more faithful\, healthy\, and effective. CCD equips lay leaders and clergy in congregational and organizational development. DESCRIPTION:Kelly Nickson\, the Coordinator for Congregational Development and Safe Church at IndyDio\, will host a 2-hour training for Safe Church administrators who are new to the role in their parish. This training session will cover administrator responsibilities\, how to access and use diocesan resources\, an overview of the IndyDio policies\, and Praesidium Academy website training (making new accounts\, ordering background checks\, etc).
