This is your opportunity to change plans\, add or remove beneficiaries\, or enroll in a plan for the first time. \nThere are no changes to diocesan plan options for 2025\, but there have been some changes to plan features. The most significant of these is the introduction of Quantum Health\, a healthcare coordination service that will help plan members make the most of their medical\, vision\, and prescription benefits. It will be held at the Cunningham Event Center in Plainfield. \n\nRegistration will be $85 for adults through September 30.\nFrom October 1-October 25\, registration will be $125 for adults.\nOnline registration will close on October 25.\n\nThe registration fee includes full access to all programming\, workshops and convention materials\, Friday night banquet and Saturday lunch. \nClick here to register.
