Each October the Diocese holds its annual convention to meet, worship, reflect, and make decisions.

2015 Draft Budget Documents Available for Review


The 2015 Draft Budget documents are now available for review, all in one pdf file.

  • The first document is a letter from the Chair regarding the 2015 budget and he refers to last years budget presentation which is still available to download (see the link below).  
  • The second is the budget worksheet
  • The third is a page with some budget highlights. 

The household is asked to respond before the next budget meeting on September 10th

Deanery Meetings


Deanery Meetings


As specified in Canon 9, Section 3 and 4, each Deanery Council will meet prior to Convention. This meeting is to include all clergy, wardens, delegates and alternates. Members of the Executive Council also attend these meetings. Here is the list we have so far.

Diocese of Indianapolis Holds 176th Convention October 24-26

 
With no resolutions and only second reading of a minor canonical change related to the definition of quorum, the 176th Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis focused on learning opportunities and visioning.

175th Anniversary of the Diocese Celebrated at Diocesan Convention

The Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis reflected on 175 years of ministry, while wrestling with a future of decreasing financial resources for its work, as delegates met at Diocesan Convention October 25-27 in Bloomington, hosted by Trinity Episcopal Church.
